Shipping and Delivery
We ship by UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS depending on the location and type of product. (Our systems do not allow us to specify which shipping service is used.) In order to ensure the best shipping service, estimated delivery dates are provided upon order confirmation. Please note that these delivery estimates are subject to change, however we do our best to deliver ahead of schedule. Because we ship with many different providers, we can ship to virtually any address in the world. Due to certain international shipping restrictions, some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

For better bargains, take advantage of FREE Super Saver Shipping on orders over $25. Not all products are eligible for free shipping and eligible items will say "Free Shipping on orders over $25" next to their price.

Late delivery? Please refer to your order confirmation for contact instructions. Our warehouses are strategically located around the country and ship from various locations around the country. For quicker responses, we ask our customers to follow these simple instructions on the order confirmation.

Payment Methods
Because we use Amazon's checkout system, we can accept American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, MasterCard, Eurocard, Visa, Visa Check Cards, Amazon gift certificates, Amazon Credit Account, Webcertificates, checks, money orders, traveler's checks, or cashier's checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Additionally, Borders Gift Cards and Waldenbooks Gift Cards accepted as payment for qualifying orders. We currently do not accept international wire transfers, PayPal, or Smart Cards.

A-to-Z Guarantee Protection
Anytime you purchase products on Electronics Bubble your payment is made via Amazon's secure checkout system. This means that the quality of your purchased item and its timely delivery are guaranteed under our A-to-Z Guarantee. If you do not recieve your product, your purchase is fully protected under the A-to-Z Guarantee and you will either be reimbursed or shipped a replacement order. Please be patient with us as we work with the shipping provider (ie. UPS or FedEx) to resolve your problem.

Returns and Replacements
New Items: Returns on new, unopened items are accepted within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Depending on the product and supplier, some restrictions apply. Please refer to your order receipt/confirmation for further details on return address, procedure, and policy. Please allow 3-4 weeks for returns to be processed by the supplier.

Opened Items: Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund. Partial refunds are used to offset costs associated with repackaging the item as "used" inventory. In some cases, we cannot accept all used returns or items after 30 days.

Faulty Items: If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please view your receipt for exchange details and request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item (you will be refunded your original purchase price) and place another order with Electronics Bubble for the new item you wish to purchase.
